moving.
For reasons beyond my control, I must move out of my absolutely gorgeous Park Slope apartment. I'm paying more than I can afford for it, but the apartment and location are wonderful, so I will miss it. Still, I was excited to have the opportunity to move into a place a little smaller and a little cheaper -- thus being able to have actual disposable income.
I've been looking for like 3 days and I can't get anything half as good for less than what I'm paying now. The NYC rental market is so goddamn depressing. If any of you have a lead on anything at all, please email me:
I'm honestly open to anything at this point, but bonus points if it's some kind of deal.
Asking for leads on apartments in NYC on a blog is only slightly less presumptuous than soliciting kidney donors, I know. I'm sorry. These are the extremes I've been driven to.
