new fastening technologies
For the first time in my life, I am wearing a shirt that uses snaps and a pair of corduroy pants that has only buttons. No zipper on the pants NOR buttons on the shirt today. I will let you know if hilarity ensues. I will say this, though -- that thing about not being able to teach an old dog new tricks? Today's wardrobe choices have now proven it totally false.
Oh, by the way, thanks, readers, for totally stepping up to the plate on my request for pedal steel albums. I hope you can detect sarcasm.
