Hole

This website is 50% pointless defenses of maligned bands --

Here's one: Hole's album "Celebrity Skin" is solid all the way through. The title track is unlistenable due to its being played about 95 zillion times too many in 1998, but really, there's not a bad track on the album, and some great ones.

High point: at 3:20 on "Boys on the Radio," when Courtney sings "Baby I've gone away..."

But that whole song is good, as are "Awful" and "Malibu."

And these are NOT the Corgan-penned songs either!

Eat it baldy!

completely agreed.

as for corgan, it all went straight downhill after he started believing in god.

nice stream of updates you've got coming here.

"Heaven Tonight" is the song I heard when I imagine myself single-handedly winning the NBA championship for the NY Knicks. I think maybe this album was big the last time the Knicks were in the finals.

And thank God that Tony is finally sticking it to Corgan. BC has had it coming a long time, and now Tony has finally stood up to that bully! Eat it TWO times, baldy! The only good thing you ever done was "Cherub Rock!"
